"If you have ever deeply loved another person you will bear witness to the fact that love gives us the power to transcend our own limitations and fears for the sake of the beloved." - Tonia Woolever

We had the most incredible time working with Blake and Brooke for their elopement in Shenandoah National Park. Blake and Brooke both got ready with their families at an Airbnb in the town of Shenandoah, and then we drove to the Point Overlook for their ceremony. They chose to see each other for the first time during their ceremony, so they drove separately, and Blake's reaction to seeing his bride for the first time was adorable. They had a beautiful ceremony at the overlook, and everyone managed to safely scramble up and down to the rock cliff that makes up the Point. After their ceremony, we took family photos at the overlook and then packed up to head back to their Airbnb for lunch and their cake cutting. By mid-afternoon, Blake and Brooke were ready to adventure again, so we packed up into the car and drove into the park to hike the Stony Man trail. The views were stunning, and we had the best time hanging out with Blake and Brooke. We're so similar and had so much to talk about. As the sun was setting, we found beautiful cliffs for dusk photos and brought our lanterns out for some fun night photos. Blake and Brooke were up for anything and were completely fearless on their big day. Another honorable mention is Bells, the stray cat that they found at their Airbnb and rescued, and who is now a part of their family! It was the perfect day for Blake and Brooke, and we were so blessed to be a part of their wedding day! Enjoy their stunning, fall, Shenandoah elopement!
