Logan + Kaitlin // A Huntington Beach State Park, South Carolina Engagement

We had so much fun working with Logan and Kaitlin at Huntington Beach State Park in South Carolina for their engagement session! Logan and Kaitlin are the sweetest, and we explored the state park with these two, checking out the beach, the nearby castle, and some trails! This was our first time shooting in the south, and I absolutely loved the Spanish vibes of the architecture and the moss on the trees! Even when we started to all get eaten alive by mosquitos, Logan and Kaitlin were willing to press on, and we got some awesome shots! We can't wait to capture their big day in October!

Logan proposed to Kaitlin at Brookgreen Gardens in South Carolina which is right across the street from the state park where we took their engagement photos! Logan and Kaitlin fell in love with South Carolina when they both went to college close to Myrtle Beach, and it's since been one of their favorite places to vacation. It was the first day of spring and Kaitlin mentioned to Logan that she'd like to go to Brookgreen that day, and while Logan had planned on going on a different day, he covertly scrambled to make sure he had parental permission to propose before they went to the gardens. They checked into their favorite restaurant at the gardens and decided to go for a walk through Live Oak Allee while they waited for their table. Logan stopped under a live oak tree and asked Kaitlin to marry him! Logan was shaking, and Kaitlin was elated! They took some photos before they went back and had a beautiful lunch together newly engaged! Enjoy their beautiful Huntington Beach State Park engagement!
