Nick + Maddy // An Elegant, Cypress House Wedding

We had the most incredible time working with Nick and Maddy on their wedding day at the Cypress House! In the run up to their wedding day, hurricane Ophelia threatened create chaos for the day. With a lot of prayers and a bit of luck, the hurricane mostly steered clear of Nick and Maddy's day only yielding a light rain. Maddy started her day off getting dressed by her mom and sisters and then had emotional first looks with both her dad and also with Nick. They were able to get all of their photos done prior to the ceremony, and even included their French Bulldogs in a few photos! Their ceremony was absolutely perfect, and Nick had a great reaction when Maddy walked down the aisle. Their reception was a blast, and before we left for the evening, Nick and Maddy stepped out for a few night photos. Nick and Maddy have been together since high school and deserved nothing less than the perfect day. While hundreds of weddings in Pennsylvania got rained out on the coveted wedding date of 9-23-23, Nick and Maddy adopted a go-with-the-flow attitude and were blessed with their outdoor ceremony they had dreamed of. It was the perfect day, and the perfect start of what I know will be the most incredible marriage. Enjoy their stunning, Cypress House wedding!
