"Love doesn't make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile." - Elizabeth Barrett Browning

We had the best time working with Jake and Samantha on their wedding day at the Manor at Mountain View. Sam and the girls started their day off up in The Manor's suites while the gents got ready downstairs. Sam had a fantastic first look with her girls followed by a private vowel reading with Jake prior to the ceremony. I had been keeping an eye on the weather in the run up to their big day, and there was almost no chance of rain, but the heavens opened up in the afternoon and it down poured. Luckily, The Manor at Mountain View had a wonderful indoor option ready to go. Jake and Sam had their ceremony indoors and then went outside immediately after that for a dove send off, a first for us! As soon as Jake and Sam opened their dove baskets, the doves shot out, and flew immediately for their home, some 40 miles away as a bird flies (no pun intended). After dinner, Jake and Sam went outside with us for their portraits and then danced the night away with their family and friends! It was a gorgeous July wedding and we were so grateful to have the opportunity to work with these two incredibly kind and generous souls! Enjoy their Manor at Mountain View wedding!
