"She knew she loved him when "home" went from being a place to being a person." - E. Leventhal
We had such a great time working with Ethan and Milena for their Lititz Springs Park engagement session! At their initial meeting, these two both went to great lengths to express how awkward they would be in photos. During their engagement session however, these two were complete naturals in front of the camera. Ethan and Milena both felt like old friends, and they were just such a joy to hang out with. We are beyond excited for their New Years Eve wedding next year! We already know it's going to be legendary.
When Ethan was telling me their engagement story, I was struck by how beautiful and simple and perfect their engagement was. Ethan and Milena both appreciate the simple joys in life; long walks together and spending time with family and friends. On the Monday after Easter, Ethan and Milena went for one of their long walks. This one however, lasted longer than normal. Milena always steers the conversation on their walks, but this time Ethan took the reigns. As they were walking, Ethan was recapping their relationship up until that point, a greatest hits if you will. When they returned home, as Milena was walking to the front door, Ethan said "I have one more question for you." And when she turned around he was down on one knee. And Milena said yes! I hear a lot of proposal stories and the beautiful simplicity of this one just brings tears to my eyes. Enjoy their beautiful Lititz Springs Park engagement!
