"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart." - Helen Keller
We had a wonderful time hanging out with George and Stephanie (and Paisley and Zeus as well of course!) for their family and engagement session! We started their session out by the lake, and when I saw Stephanie and Paisley in their matching outfits, it was almost more cuteness than I could handle. I would expect a certain amount of chaos from a session with a nine month old puppy and a two year old, but this crew was so well behaved they made my job easy. When we finished up at the lake, I knew Hawk Falls wasn't too far from the lake and heard it was a pretty mild hike in to the falls because we have a couple looking to elope there in August. While we didn't originally plan on an adventure family/engagement session, that was what the session quickly evolved into, and I was so grateful George, Stephanie and crew were so patient and up for anything. George and Stephanie are such wonderful people and we cannot wait to capture their big day in September! I know these two are so ready to be married.
George proposed to Stephanie on a trip to Cape May, NJ. One evening, they decided to go to Sunset beach in North Cape May to watch the sunset. He popped the question and she was completely surprised! She of course said yes, and afterwards, George set up a party at a bar a few blocks away with family and friends to celebrate with them. Enjoy their Hickory Run state Park engagement and family session!
