"The best kind of love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. And that's what you've given me. And that's what I hope to give you forever." - Nicholas Sparks

Matt and Cindy's gorgeous wedding day at Rock Island Lake Club was truly one for the books. In the run up to their big day, Cindy and I were both watching the leaves turn and were holding our breath for foliage color on their big day. As luck would have it, Matt and Cindy chose one of the most beautiful days of fall for their wedding, and Rock Island Lake Club was the perfect backdrop. Matt and Cindy are the kindest people, and working with them on their big day was incredible. The day started off with first looks between Cindy and her bridesmaids, Cindy and her father, and Cindy and Matt. Matt and his best man have a tradition of hiding Beaker from the Muppets in the most unexpected places. So when Matt's best man brought Beaker up to Cindy on the wedding morning, she knew she had to include him in the first look to lighten the mood. It was absolute perfection. We were then able to get a majority of Matt and Cindy's photos done prior to the ceremony, with a few family photos and golden hour photos remaining after the ceremony. Their officiant conducted the ceremony in both Spanish and English, honoring Cindy's family's Columbian roots. By the time the reception rolled around, their guests were fully ready to dance the night away. We snuck out with Matt and Cindy for a few night/smores photos by the fire. Cindy told me that after we left, they partied the night away until 3:00am. It was a celebrating fitting an incredible couple. Enjoy their beautiful Rock Island Lake Club wedding!

I'm a student and I want to be a wedding photographer. I want to visit site before knowing what you think about wedding photography. The depth of field, the exposure, the shutter speed, aperture, and all else. I know you're more a nature photographer, but you must have been to enough weddings to have an opinion on wedding photography.
