"You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams." - Dr. Seuss

We had so much fun hanging out with Josh and Amanda for their in home engagement session. When Amanda suggested they have their engagement session at their house because they wanted to get their cats in their engagement photos,  I was 100% game. I'm always such a fan of in home engagement sessions because we're able to capture so much of a couple's personality through their home. Josh + Amanda are just such a fun couple, and they're just genuinely good people. I also know they're so incredibly ready to be married. Come September, we're finally going to get these two hitched and it's going to be the best day.

Josh proposed to Amanda in the sneakiest, most creative way. Amanda is the board president of a nonprofit (The.Improved.Milton.Experience) that renovated an old banquet room into a museum and eatery dedicated to Chef Boyardee whose first factory was in Milton. They called it Chef's Place and it's pretty a pretty awesome thing so you should definitely check it out! The board members told Amanda that the foundation they received a grant from (Congra Foundation) wanted to see the space. Amanda got all dressed up for the site tour, and when she opened the door into Chef's place, Josh was down on one knee. Amanda first question was, "Was any of this real?" (It wasn't). He had Chef's Place all decorated and dinner ready for them after she said yes! Afterwards family and friends also came to celebrate. It was the perfect proposal. Enjoy Josh + Amanda's adorable Northumberland In-Home engagement session!
