Jon + Nicole // A Pier Village, Long Branch New Jersey Engagement

"Two people in love, alone, isolated from the world, that's very beautiful." - Milan Kundera

We had so much fun hanging out with Jon + Nicole for their engagement session! When Nicole initially reached out and said they wanted to do a beach engagement session in December, I don't think either of us fully realized how cold the session was going to be. It just happened to be one of the coldest and windiest days of the year, and Jon and Nicole both spent their time in between shots huddled under a comforter carried around by Nicole's sister. But we pushed through and got some amazing photos. I was just amazed at how tough Jon + Nicole were throughout the entire session, and they were just down to have a great time and that we did! These two are amazing!

Jon + Nicole got engaged at Pier Village in early November (it was much warmer then!) They were out for a date night and went to Avenue, a fancy French restaurant right along the beach in Pier Village. After dinner, they went for a walk on the beach and came across Jon's setup for Nicole (with some help). Written in seashells was "Will you Marry Me?" surrounded by lanterns and candles. Being high school sweethearts, this proposal was a long time in the works. Nicole of course said yes! Enjoy their Pier Village, Long Branch engagement session!

I saw the most surprising thing. Really, impossible people overflowed on to the shoreline of Colander Bay to watch a film and the sparkler show. I fathom I was by all record by all record not utilizing any means the only one on a fundamental level the social gathering wouldn't be as immense, since they weren't being held tight Canada Day, now man was I wrong!
