"Loving someone and having them love you back is the most precious thing in the world." - Nicholas Sparks
It would be difficult to express just how much of a joy it was to work with Matt + Amanda on their wedding day. It's not every day we get to work with a bride who is willing to hang out in the snow and freezing temps for more than 30 minutes to get the shot. Amanda had one wish for her winter wedding, and that was that there would be snow and she certainly got her wish! I don't know if I've ever seen so someone so pumped about snow. I have no doubt in my mind that these two are going to have an incredible marraige. They have this deep friendship where they can goof around with each other, but there's also this element of gentle caring to their relationship as well.
I loved how much emotion Matt + Amanda had in their wedding day. Amanda's first look with her dad was very emotional, and then Matt's reaction when she walked down the aisle was priceless. They also had a "hidden first look" where they read letters to each other around a corner prior to the ceremony and they both almost lost it. Also, if I haven't yet fully described just how incredible Matt + Amanda are; in the evening they were willing to go out and get night photos by the fireplace and they sat in the snow! All around, it was just an incredible way to kick off 2020 for us and I'm so excited to be sharing their gorgeous winter, Rusty Rail Wedding with you!
